If you lock out then depending on the circumstances I may consider it, but then I can say anything to you also and all you have is my word that I am telling the truth, the time limits set are more than adequate to play, and not being able to play in the allocated time is not my problem nor the problem of your opponent, if we can play within the limits set then so can everyone else.
Special circumstances are still considered, Natural Disasters
1. Site goes down
2. Sickness (needs to have a notification in)
3. Marriages/Holidays, please request no more than 7 days, you have normally known about this for months anyway so you should have been cutting back not joining more tournament etc, last and second last season’s only will be considered for longer than 7 days, as sometimes the league/tournament takes a little longer with some people holding earlier seasons up
4. If you are deemed to be a person who holds a tournament up always getting locked there will be no mercy, I will forfeit you without question, if you are a person who rarely locks then I will unlock without question, if you lock a second time in a tournament then I will forfeit without remorse.
5. Lets remember this is only a GAME, it is not life and death, if you are forfeited it is not a personal attack on you, it is just keeping the game going for the others that are also awaiting games and playing by the rules.

Please Everyone have fun, and keep in mind I would sooner have a tournament or league without forfeits, I would sooner win though talent than default.
