******SEASON 3 OF 3 *Hunting Backwards ****** 1 day turn limit with no extensions (i.e. no unlocks). 24 players and 5 games at a tiime. Board is Hunting Backwards which plays like a mini scrabble.
3 seasons.
You may leave the ladder any season by emailing me. I will delete you before the next season starts. You will need to complete any games that you may have going at the time please.
HOW IT WILL WORK WITH THE HUNT: Throughout the season everyone will receive the same 3-5 hunt questions. You have till the end of the season to email me the correct answer. Only 1 submission per question will be allowed. *unless I tell you otherwise*
You will be awarded 1 point for each part of each question you get correct. Some questions may be worth 4 points, others only 1.
PRIZES At the end of the season, your points will be added to your index to determine the division winners. Each division winner will receive $.50 dragon money each season. You are only competing against your division.
Beating the dragon at any time will also win you $0.50 (you need to be in my division to beat me).
Top 3 players (with the highest overall index after 3 seasons - no matter what division you are in) will win $5, $3, and $1.
WHAT IS DRAGON MONEY? What is Dragon Money - for those that are new to my tournies:
Instead of playing for particular prizes, you are playing for dragon dollars and cents. Dragon money can be returned to me and spent like real money. You can save it up - or spend it immediately. I will award dragon money for all of my team hunts and tournaments from now on - so you can buy Kool stuff.
For example, $5 dragon dollars can buy 1 month of bug cafe. OR save up for a $25 gift certificate to your store of choice... Maybe you want 3 months of Bug cafe that costs $10.50? The choice will be yours.
At the end of the tournament, if you won, you will get an email detailing your total dragon dollars earned. *NOTE* You must have a minimum of $5.00 saved in order to redeem.
*Should you have any questions along the way, I will be happy to answer them* [b]*disclaimer*[/b] The hunt portion is the primary reason I run these tournaments. If you want to play "plain ole scrabble", then this tournament is not for you. If a lot of email annoys you, this tournament is not for you. Ye have been warned. I reserve the right to remove any player who does not ATTEMPT to answer 2 of the questions sent to you per season. I always help new players with the first question and always available to help if needed. :-D 99% of the players love the hunt and I hope you do too!!!
